We ship everywhere in the USA. Our normal Domestic shipping method is via FedEx standard (ground) delivery. Air service is also available for domestic rush orders. All orders must be shipped to a street address; we cannot ship to a POBox. Any wrong addresses given to us will result in additional shipping charges as levied by the delivery company.
Our store selection varies from week to week as we receive weekly shipments from our suppliers located all over the world. Items that are in-stock in our store will usually ship within 1-3 business days. Items that are not in stock will be added to our next incoming order and will usually ship within 10-15 business days. You will be notified by email of any shipping delay over 15 days. Many times our handcrafted items will ship to you direct from the artist’s studios and can take approximately 2 weeks for shipping. Please note that our website does not automatically indicate whether an item is in stock or not.

Special orders, personalized orders and custom orders will take longer. We will notify you of the approximate delivery time.
Certain larger items may require additional shipping charges. This charge is noted in the Product Description.
Pennsylvania law requires us to add sales tax 6% to the cost on all orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. There is no sales tax on orders shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania.
PLEASE NOTE: Each shipping address used is considered a separate order. Quality discounts, coupons and specials can only be applied to each individual order that qualifies for the promotion. Orders shipping to different addresses cannot be combined for a promotion unless all items ship to one address.
Any items shipped and either refused by the recipient or returned to us non deliverable are subject to a 25% restocking fee, shipping, handling and insurance costs are non refundable.
All surcharges that we incur from our shipping carrier for wrong or incomplete addresses will be billed to the purchaser. Please make sure to include Company Names and apartment numbers to insure prompt delivery.

We take great care in packaging your items. Please review the contents of your package to be sure there is nothing missing or damaged. Any missing or damaged items. must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. The following procedures must be followed for any damaged items.

Can I return, Make a return or an exchange?
Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after you receive the merchandise. If you are the purchaser you may receive a refund to your original form of payment. If you are returning a gift that was purchased for you, an exchange or a store credit can be issued for future use.

Are all items returnable?

Are Tallism or other clothing items returnable?
These may be returned to us only if the item is in new condition, unworn and has the original tag or label attached to them.
Why do you not accept returns on Kosher Scrolls?
In order to guarantee the kosher quality of our kosher scrolls to all of our customers, we cannot take back kosher scrolls, even if they are unused. If a kosher scroll is sent back for return it will be mailed back to the original purchaser via US first class mail.

Will a full refund be given during a free shipping promotion?
All items that are purchased during a free shipping promotion and returned or exchanged will be reduced to cover the original standard shipping costs.
What conditions must be met to return or exchange merchandise?
For website returns or exchanges, merchandise must be undamaged, unused and repackaged in the original box or packaging material that it was received in.
How are refunds handled if a received a gift?
Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only. Recipients of gifts may either make an exchange of merchandise or may elect to receive a store credit to be used in the future.

How should I send my return?
Please ship your return prepaid and include a copy of your order or packing slip in the box. You should purchase or include the proper insurance and tracking of your own protection. We are not responsible for lost package returns or returns received damaged. If you have selected proper shipping insurance, these claims would be processed between you and the shipping carrier you selected.
What if my order was returned to you as undeliverable?
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of either a bad address or the recipient was unable to receive or sign for the package you will have two options.
The package can be reshipped to a different address for a charge equal to the standard shipping charges. Additionally, any additional return shipping fees levied by the shipping company will be added to the charge.
If your order is eligible, you may elect to not have your order resent and request a refund. Please note that the following fees will not be refunded to you. Original shipping, handling and insurance fees for any additional fees levied by the shipping company for the return of the package.
