Welcome to our store. AllJewishGifts.com is a family-run business based out of the Philadelphia area. We specialize in Jewish items for home and holiday use, bar mitzvah/bat mitzvah, and gifts. We ship all over the United States.

Shipping Policy
ALL SHIPMENTS: We ship everywhere in the USA. Our normal Domestic shipping method is via FedEx standard (ground). Air service is available for rush orders. All orders must be shipped to a street address; we cannot ship to a PO Box.
Our store inventory changes weekly. In-stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days, while out-of-stock items may take 10-15 business days. If shipping takes longer than 15 days, we will notify you via email.
For custom and personalized orders, processing times vary. We will inform you of estimated delivery times.

Important Shipping Notes:
- Larger items may require additional shipping charges (listed in the product description).
- Pennsylvania law requires a 6% sales tax for orders shipped within PA.
- Each shipping address is considered a separate order (coupons & discounts apply per order).
- Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds go to the original purchaser; gift recipients may receive store credit.
No returns on personalized items, special orders, kosher scrolls, tefillin, and tallism.
Ship it prepaid with a copy of your order. Use proper insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
If returned as undeliverable, you can choose to reship for a standard fee or request a refund (shipping fees non-refundable).
